/opt/test/sample1/$CURRENT_YEAR/$CURRENT_MONTH/$DEPT_NO/$DEPT_NAME

That was working fine i mean ,i deleted the existing folder in below path

/opt/test/sample abc/def

after deleted and re ran the code.

now it is working fine.
