1 - A routing problem

Check to make sure the router - or the Route Switch module in the switch is configured correctly (Netmask, etc.)

2 - Default gateway is not...

More than likely it is the MAC address table on the switch. If you can flush that table (or restart the switch- whichever is easier) it may solve your problem. Flushing the table does not hurt...
