Being new to Unix i have a problem. I have 2 files:
File 1:

118,1,0,2,3,0,5,0.3,0,0.3,0.6,1
118,2,1,2,2,0,5,0.4,0,0.4,0.4,1
118,4,2,0,3,0,5,0.7,0,0.3,0.6,1...
