I need not have escape charachters before each.

I just need it before '*'.

As * signify that consider 'all data' after the sign.

The command that worked is below.

sed "s/= '\*'/=...

Hi,

How do I replace the charachters = '*' to = '^' using Sed commands.

As I have several * in the script, thus I have to replace the single quotes too.

Please let me know any solution....
