Do we need to have admin privileges to run a truss ? Im getting the below message when i try to issue a truss :

$ truss /opt/TWWfsw/bin/gpg --encrypt-file simple1
truss: 0915-015 Cannot...

it looks the same on both the servers.

Im not seeing the gpg.conf on both the servers where its working and where its not :

Server Not working :

/home/ gnupg
$ ls -a
. .. pubring.gpg pubring.gpg~ ...
