Howto find out which driver (module) were loaded during the startup of SCO 5.0.6?

The kernel is made up of drivers found in the /etc/conf/cf.d directory structure.
The file /usr/adm/messages will give you some clues as to the hardware that was actually found.

Thx, under /etc/conf/cf.d there are a lot of drivers, but my questions is, howto find out which drivers were loaded succesfully.

for example, under freeBSD I can use kldstat.

Openserver 5 does not automatically discover new hardware. Hardware is discovered at operating system installation for devices that SCO supplies the driver for. After that, you have to install a driver and re-link the kernel for the new device to be available.
If you have hardware whose driver is not on the installation CD then you can load it using a BTLD (Boot Time Loadable Driver) process during initial system load (similar to pressing F6 when installing XP Pro etc.)
