Migrating an Oracle database storage - REDHAT4

e have a RHEL4 server with an Oracle 10 ( RAC ) are migrating storage bank records.

The copy is made by the storage they make a copy of the level of disk all blocks are copied and the file permissions.

Problems we had

Initially the Cluster service was not rising due to absence of OCR disks these discs have the nomenclature

Code:
/Dev/raw/raw1
/Dev/raw/raw2
/Dev/raw/raw3
/Dev/raw/raw4
/Dev/raw/raw5

When the DBA has these discs for us think that these discs are after a little searching we found that there is a file in /etc/sysconfig/rawdevice

Code:
#EMC SYMMETRIX ID_DO_DISCO
/Dev/raw/raw1 /dev/emcpowerXX

#EMC SYMMETRIX ID_DO_DISCO
/Dev/raw/raw2 /dev/emcpowerXX

#EMC SYMMETRIX ID_DO_DISCO
/Dev/raw/raw3 /dev/emcpowerXX

#EMC SYMMETRIX ID_DO_DISCO
/Dev/raw/raw4 /dev/emcpowerXX

#EMC SYMMETRIX ID_DO_DISCO
/Dev/raw/raw5 /dev/emcpowerXX

So how do we change the disks's ID and block file also changed then we changed this file and perform the restart of rawdevice service and ask for the DBA up the bank.

When did this restart the oracle own rose ASM after that the when we were trying to climb the bank ASM did not find the disks.

Repeating discs that the bank was was migrated to another storage was

In redhat 4 how do I present the records to the oracle. In redhat 6 I know I need to change the contents of the
99-oracle-asmdevices.rules file that is in /etc/udev/rules.d
In redhat 4 there is something equivalent to UDEV or any file where I put the disks for Oracle use?

Important notes: We are using PowerPath (EMC), the bank is in cluster (RAC) product own oracle.

VxVM breaking mirror for migrating storage

We are in the process of migrating storage from one array to another. I know the commands I would use in LVM but I am not very familiar with VxVM.
