RedHat Cluster: Nodes won't see each other

Hi All;

I try to build a Redhat Cluster (CentOS 6) on vmware. But each node sees the other down like:

Code:
[root@node1 ~]# clustat
Cluster Status for mycluster @ Wed Apr 8 11:01:38 2015
Member Status: Quorate

 Member Name ID Status
 ------ ---- ---- ------
node1.clus 1 Online, Local
node2.clus 2 Offline

[root@node2 ~]# clustat
Cluster Status for mycluster @ Wed Apr 8 11:02:31 2015
Member Status: Quorate

 Member Name ID Status
 ------ ---- ---- ------
 node1.clus 1 Offline
 node2.clus 2 Online, Local

Also in /var/log/messages of node1:

warning: stage6: Node node2.clus is unclean!

Respectively in node2:

warning: stage6: Node node1.clus is unclean!

How should I troubleshoot this problem?

Thanks.
