Probably a web like LinkedIn would be a better place to ask that kind of vague, generic question.
Some of the minimum, basic and must-have topics of a RHEL interview are: LVM, Kernel Tunning, Patching, System daemons, Troubleshooting, Shell Scripting, etc.
Truth is you won't find a "golden list" of linux interview questions... and -personally- I'd rather have an interviewee answer what he really knows and understands than memorizing LVM commands.
It also depends on the interviewer... some of them will ask you crazy stuff like how how do you calculate the number of cows that live in Russia or what's the 134th digit of Pi.
