That is a RAC-specific message. It's possible it's percolating up form the OS-level but it's probably referring to the RAC. At that point, the specific OS being RHEL is more trivia at this point. You're just going to have to bite the bullet and deal with the notorious wonder that is Oracle support...sorry, they're the only people with the knowledge to help you there.
