RHEL 5.5, /etc/hosts, multiple loghost entries?

Greetings everyone. I am currently required by company policy to point our servers to a corporate syslog server, so that causes us to have one loghost entry. However the vendor whose software we install on these servers, for their EMS requires us to include another loghost entry.

I have searched around and haven't seen anything anywhere about whether or not you can use multiple loghost entries in /etc/hosts. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You can add lines like these to your /etc/rsyslog.conf file

Code:
*.info;mail.none;authpriv.none;cron.none @logserver.example.com
*.* @logserver.example.com

You don't have to mess with /etc/hosts this way.
