How to find files on a dual OS disk?

Hi,

I have an HP ProLiant DL360 server with dual boot OS - CentOS and SuSE. Now the server has a motherboard issue.

I move the dual OS disk AAA from the dead server to an identical server and mount it as a secondary disk.

Question: How can I transfer files on disk AAA to the new server? Because dual OSs are on the disk, the filesystem layout looks strange.

Thanks a lot!

Well at least they're both Linux, so it should be able to understand the partition types.

What files get copied from where depends on where you stored what files, there's not a magic bullet to figure that out from the outside. If you can find their root partitions and inside them, examine their /etc/fstab, that may tell you which distros used what partitions for what.

The output of fdisk -l might be useful.
