What do you mean? Are you talking about the filesystem, directory, user?

I want to give access to all commands to execute just after booting, instead of switching user to execute commands. Is there any method to provide access to liveuser to execute all commands instead of switching user ?? OR fedora 13 boot directly from root instead of liveuser??

Your last post was still unclear as to what you want to do

I think he wants to boot straight to a prompt without having to login.

If this is for emergency recovery, giving the kernel the parameter init=/bin/sh might do it but won't start any system services or mount any filesystems, or really do much at all except instantly crash to a root prompt for you on load. It might not even get you out of the initrd, if any.
