Error Red Hat Font Packages

Hello,

I am trying to search for RPM Sources for : fontpackage-devel

I tried to install this the following package : fontpackages-devel-1.20-1.fc9.noarch.rpm:

but the following Error appeared :

[root@localhost vrandesh]# rpm -i fontpackages-devel-1.20-1.fc9.noarch.rpm
fontpackages-devel-1.20-1.fc9.noarch.rpm: not an rpm package (or package manifest):

Can someone help me understand what the problem seems to be and

Please provide links to find the SOURCE RPM's for fontpackages-devel .. "I need the source rpm"

Are you on Fedora 9? If not, this RPM will not work for you. fc9 implies Fedora core 9.
