GCC and G++ RPM

I working on a RHEL 4 box remotely however it does not have any outside connectivity. I need to upgrade gcc and g++ from 2.96 to atleast 4.1.1. I am wondering if anybody knows where I can download both in a RPM format.....

Converting source rpm to binary rpm
