LIB question

a program on linux uses three libs: libutil.a libtermcap.a libpthread.a.
If I want to transplant this program to Solaris, where can I get the three libs?

I just looked on a Solaris system. It has two pthread libraries. See "man libpthread" for details. I think you want the posix version. But I don't see static libraries for either. It looks like you may need to switch to shared libraries.

See "man curs_termcap" for a library that can emulate the old termcap stuff.

I have never heard of libutil so I can't comment about that one.
