Do you actually mean

Code:
strarr[0]=malloc(strlen(line)+1);

then you should be doing

Code:
strcpy(strarr[0],line);


I wasn't too sure what I was doing either. I was just trying to get it to work at the time. Anyhow, I thought about it and I think using strcpy() is the correct approach.
