equavalent of __asm("int3"); on power and Sparc
can anybody please tell that how can I use this software interrupt on
POWER and SPARC i.e. AIX and Sun Solaris

This is really good information thank you for help, but as I read I found this module hooks for ta inserted in user level code. What I am looking for here is to hook say dbx (debugger something like int3 on x86) in place of this DTrace kernel module. how can we achieve it.
