IDE's for the ARM processor on Linux

Hello everyone. I am running Debian on an ARM7 Device (aka my android phone). Everything is great. Works well.

I would love to use it for Development.
Mainly my interests are in Web Development, and Java development.

So far the only useful IDE for debian arm is Netbeans. Which is pretty neat to have. but I am curious if there are any others..

like I said, my interests are Java, and Web Development, so I would like to focus on those two categories, preferably.

So does anyone know of any IDE's in those categories that are Compiled for Arm processors or architecturally independent?

Id greatly appreciate any feedback on this topic.
Thank you all for your time.

OH, and I would really love to use IntelliJ IDEA, but I cant for the life of me, figure out whether it is architecturally independent or not.
