Hope I'll manage to look at your log the next days.

Meanwhile, if you suspect the Linux Client (as your investigations seem to point to), it could be a good idea to test against another kernel or distro. If that works, we'd get an argument in favor of Corona's kernel bug theory.

Not much more information,

The problem was reduced by setting SO_RCVBUF / SO_SNDBUF to 65535. In combination with adding a timeout on read to detect the problem I have a workable solution.

Sending data the other way when reading blocked did not change anything.
