Changing STDOUT during runtime

Hi,
Currently my STDOUT is configured as tty0,
Is there a way to change it during runtime?
I need to use this serial for other external device

Here is an example of redirecting:
Writing from STDIN_FILENO to a file

use dup2

For this problem you just duplicate the STDOUT to the file you want.
Code:
dup2(stdout,newfd);
