pkginfo -l |grep -i samba

Get the package name and do:

cat /var/sadm/install/contents|grep <package name>

See if you find the smb.conf, could be possible it is on a different...

That will tell you traffic per interface.. Other than that if you want to know which process is going through which interface then you can script that......
