Missing double quotes: for dir in `/bin/cat...

Missing double quotes:
for dir in `/bin/cat /etc/passwd | /bin/egrep -v "(root|halt|sync|shutdown)"
Also the script is poorly written. I see UUOC and other utilities. It can be improved a lot.
