You should be able to instal RHEL without any problems. Just disable Secure Boot as RHEL5 and RHEL6 use a modified GRUB 0.97.

The only issue I could think of would be working...

The only issue I could think of would be working around the Secure Boot feature.

And to do that, you can either install a version of Linux with support for Secure Boot, or just go into the BIOS...
