how to change my name?
hi,

how to change my name in the unix forums.

ie in the right top corner "welcome, sekar sundaram"

i would like to change my name in this welcome field.

how to do that?
in the edit profile i cant find it..

I don't think you can change your display name in this version of vB. Your display name is the same as the user name you selected when you created the account.

I registred here my first nick "eugrus", when you were updating forum engine and I did not get my activation e-mail. That is why I had to register "_eugrus" nick.
Could you rename it?

We did not have any record of a user named "eugrus", so I'm not sure why you had a problem registering that name. But anyway, I have renamed your account.

sorry..first post is not clear...
i want to change my "user name"..that is what showing in the "welcome".
is it possible..
please i like to change my user name...i want to use some nicks..

Read Neo's post again... "Your display name is the same as the user name you selected when you created the account."

I really do understand what you want. Somehow you need to understand that we have no way to do that.
