Most Demanding UNIX flavour

Hi Neo

I am working on Red Had Linux from last 3 yrs on basic level.

I want to do the UNIX admin certification ASAP.

Please suggest.........Which is the most demanding flavor in market & remain demanding in future as well ???

What is the difference between flavour & distribution.

Hi All, Can anyone tell me the difference between flavour & distribution? As we say that - AIX, Linux, Solaris etc are the flavours of Unix & fedora, ubuntu, suse etc are the distributions of linux. Can anyone explain me, why it is called so. Thanks in advance. Amol (6 Replies)

Hi, We have a DEC Alpha 4100 Server with OSF1 Digital Unix 4.0. Can any one tell me, if there are any commands on this Unix which are equivalent to "top" and "sar" on HP-UX or Sun Solaris ?
