Yes, after thinking about it, I think we should keep the Bits system in place and try to find more ways to integrate it into the forums.

Any ideas?

I understood about the Bits but banking still not clear..........
I read the previous post about those topics .... even though the banking concept was not clear....

And in few post i read about "central bank" ....... Are ew dealing with the real economy here ?

If so, bits are coverting as money ..................?

No, the economy is virtual. There is no actual cash/currency value, directly or implied by the forums.

As time goes on I'm beginning to like the bits system more. Economy aside I think it's a better indicator of a user's productivity than post count.

I'm still hoping someone here will come up with some good ideas how to use the forum virtual currency. I also plan to give more thought to this later this year, FYI.

Still wondering where we are going with this. I can only save and buy lottery tickets, but otherwise there is no way to spend. As an indicator of activity, it is useful, but only minorly so, because only admins can see other people's bit count.
If there were a charitable cause from a real-life sponsor, I would be happy to donate my points. Even better would be if there were several real-life sponsors, because that would provide a choice.

Really? I can see them, and I'm not an admin here by any means.
