Two kinds of VoiceOver manuals for Mac OS X v10.6 are available in Braille: An embossed printed version, and an electronic .BRF version.

hexbraille - Algorithmically generate the Unicode Braille range (U+28xx) SYNOPSIS
hexbraille > output_font.hex DESCRIPTION
hexbraille generates a GNU Unifont .hex format file (written on stdout) containing the Braille dot patterns in the Unicode range U+2800..U+28FF. FILES
