I am trying allocate an IVE to an LPAR (not a VIO) running AIX 7.1. I am getting the error:

Explanation
Logical port can not be assigned to Logical Partition because this Logical Partition is not the promiscuous LPAR for the physical port.

Hi,
lets say we have two boot interfaces en0 en1
and two resource groups, with two service ips, sip1 and sip2, one persistent ip pers1
both persistend and service ips are applied as ip-alias
when I start the cluster, and bring the resource groups up, it looks like
en0: sip1 and sip2

I have a Solaris 5.6 having an Oracle database.Now this server is being accessed by a web service interface.I cannot see anything other than httpd daemons running on my server.
