Power awk while

Hello,

I am trying to add the fisrt and second line with the rest of the line with awk, but is not working, script is below the file

1515.log:* 142.117.116.100
1515.log:* 03/12/2009 SUCCESS
1515.log:* T20090312021627.DAT
1515.log:* T20090312021624.DAT
1515.log:* T20090312021619.DAT
1515.log:* T20090312021615.DAT

awk '$2 ~/142.117.116.153/
{f=$1;a=$2;getline;if ($3 ~ /SUCCESS/ ){b=$3;getline;while ( f == $1) {c=$2;getline;print f" "a" "b" "c}}}' file

if I find 142.117.116.100, i will go one line down and check for SUCCESS then while the file is the same I will print the below output


I should have receive something like this
1527.log 142.117.116.100 SUCCESS 20090312061625.DAT
1527.log 142.117.116.100 SUCCESS T20090312061621.DAT
1527.log 142.117.116.100 SUCCESS T20090312061618.DAT
