Try replacing the awk script in your first line with
Code:
awk     'BEGIN          {FS=" "; print "TABLES\tBEFORE_COUNT\tAFTER_COUNT"; }
         !(NR%2)        {printf "%s\n", $1; next }
                        {printf "%c\t%s\t", (NR/2)+65, $1}
        ' In.txt > result.tsv

Hi,

Initialise the values in a variable seperately and while coding the html table mention that variable name.

Hi RudiC..

Thank you so much for helping..

It did work for the format i was looking for.

But The table names A and B i used are just examples.. In real My table names are different:

Eg:

Code:
MAS_CUS_BRD
MAS_CUS_REL_BRD

And I assume that in the below code you provided we are checking for ASCII values for A and B :

Code:
!(NR%2)        {printf "%s\n", $1; next }
                        {printf "%c\t%s\t", (NR/2)+65, $1}

Is there anyway I can use my table names instead of the Table names A and B.

Please help !!

Are those names supplied in variables or are those constant values?

RudiC

They are not variables they are constants.

Even the tsv file contains only the before and after count for these tables and not the table name.

Please advise..

Try
Code:
awk     'BEGIN          {FS=" "; print "TABLES\tBEFORE_COUNT\tAFTER_COUNT"}
         NR==1          {split (TBL, ARR)}
         !(NR%2)        {printf "%s\n", $1; next }
                        {printf "%s\t%s\t", ARR[int(NR/2)+1], $1}
        ' TBL="MAS_CUS_BRD MAS_CUS_REL_BRD" file
