HELP awk

Hi,
1- I have a log file : sample
Code:
EventCode|EventIdentifier|EventType|Logfile|Message|RecordNumber|SourceName

100|100|3|Application|ID=7974682 EventID=4003 | Event Trigger=Job Finished OK | Schedule Date=dimanche 10 mai 2015 | Schedule Name=GTWPRD_FT_Aurnet_controle_flux_CT-Aurnet_controle_flux[GTWPRD_FT_SSKD_Assurnet_controle_flux] | Job Name=st_anet_controleMSG_decompte_rejet_AMO: | Machine Nam | Message=st_assurnet_controleMSG_decompte_reje

2 - I look for code 4003 or 4002 in every line , I have the code 4003 with the name of Schedule and JobName.
3- I used the command egrep awk

Try varying the field separator with awk:

awk -F 'EventID=|Job Name=|Schedule Name=|_CT-|_GC-|[|:]' 'NF&&NR>1{print $6, $10, $13}' file

Please dont colorize regular text, it can make it very hard to read.
Also, use code tags for code strings, not color, for the same reason and as required by the forum rules.
