NAME
       td_thr_setprio - set the priority of a thread

SYNOPSIS

	    const int new_prio;);

DESCRIPTION
       The td_thr_setprio() function is obsolete. It always fails and returns TD_NOCAPAB.

       TD_NOCAPAB    Capability not available.
