NAME
       FcConfigUptoDate - Check timestamps on config files

SYNOPSIS
       cc [ flag... ] file... -lfontconfig [ library... ]

       #include <fontconfig.h>

       FcBool FcConfigUptoDate (FcConfig *config);

DESCRIPTION
       Checks all of the files related to config and returns whether any of them has been modified since the configuration was created.
