gl_setcontext - set a previously saved context

#include <vgagl.h> void gl_setcontext(GraphicsContext *gc);
DESCRIPTION
Restore a previously saved context (make it the current context).

It is very likely that both are at least to some extent are due to Harm Hanemaayer <H.Hanemaayer@inter.nl.net>. Occasionally this might be wrong.
