[-i INFILE] = FASTA/Q input file. default is STDIN. [-o OUTFILE] = FASTA/Q output file. default is STDOUT. [-r] = DNA-to-RNA mode - change T's into U's. [-d] = RNA-to-DNA mode - change U's into T's.
