DIAGNOSTICS
On a VAX, sqrt(negative) returns the reserved operand and sets errno to EDOM . ERROR (due to Roundoff etc.) Cbrt is accurate to within 0.7 ulps. Sqrt on a VAX is accurate to within 0.501 ulps.
