SYNOPSIS
struct request * blk_queue_find_tag(struct request_queue * q, int tag);
ARGUMENTS

The request queue for the device
tag
The tag of the request
NOTES
Should be used when a device returns a tag and you want to match it with a request.
no locks need be held.

DESCRIPTION
create a new dictionary using tag, the non-empty language tag you wish to request a dictionary for ("en_US", "de_DE", ...)
PARAMETERS

- Broker resource

- A tag describing the locale, for example en_US, de_DE
RETURN VALUES
Returns a dictionary resource on success or FALSE on failure.
