praliases - display system mail aliases
SYNOPSIS
praliases [-C file] [-f file] [key ...]
DESCRIPTION
The praliases utility displays the current system aliases, one per line, in no particular order. The special internal @:@ alias will be
displayed if present.
The options are as follows:
-C Read the specified sendmail configuration file instead of the default sendmail configuration file.
-f Read the specified file instead of the configured sendmail system aliases file(s).
If one or more keys are specified on the command line, only entries which match those keys are displayed.
The praliases utility exits 0 on success, and >0 if an error occurs.

/etc/mail/sendmail.cf The default sendmail configuration file.

The praliases utility displays system mail aliases. When no key is given, praliases displays the current system aliases, one per line, in
no particular order. The form is key:value. If a key is given, only that key is looked up and the appropriate key:value is displayed if
found.
OPTIONS
The following options are supported:
-C configfile Specifies a sendmail configuration file.
-f aliasfile Reads the specified file aliasfile instead of the default sendmail system aliases file.
OPERANDS
The following operands are supported:
key A specific alias key to look up.
EXIT STATUS
The following exit values are returned:
0 Successful operation.
>0 An error occurred.

/etc/mail/aliases.db Database versions of the /etc/mail/aliases file
/etc/mail/aliases.dir Database versions of the /etc/mail/aliases file

We are having a problem with names being dropped from the /etc/mail/aliases file. There's no pattern to the names being dropped. It is very random.
We are running sendmail 8.14.3 on a Solaris 10 server. There are about 9000 lines in the /etc/mail/aliases file.

Hi Everyone,
when i type "svcs -a | grep sendmail" it is giving the below output.
$ svcs -a | grep sendmail
disabled Nov_05 svc:/network/sendmail-client:default
maintenance 10:31:52 svc:/network/smtp:sendmail

The sendmail on hp site is too old,and still support the bugged ssl3(poodle) even if enable tlsv1.
So i decide to compile sendmail by myself
i use this site.config.m4
