dbprocs - Start or stop ovdb housekeeping processes

       dbprocs start

       dbprocs stop

dbprocs is a script that starts or stops housekeeping processes needed by ovdb.	These
are: db_checkpoint and db_deadlock, which are assumed to be in $BERKELEY_DB_BINDIR. The
dbprocs script also periodically removes old log files.

This command is normally called automatically by rc.news(8).
