NAME
       XltFilePickerGetString - Function to get the XmNvalue from the TextField part of a FilePicker.

       String XltFilePickerGetString(widget)
	    Widget    widget;

DESCRIPTION
       XltFilePickerGetString returns the XmNvalue from the TextField part of the FilePicker.

       widget The FilePicker widget ID

       Returns the String from the TextField
