dbplus_rzap - Remove all tuples from relation

SYNOPSIS
       int dbplus_rzap (resource  $relation)

DESCRIPTION
       dbplus_rzap(3) will remove all tuples from $relation.

PARAMETERS
	      o $relation
		- A relation opened by dbplus_open(3).
