PDF_set_border_color - Set border color of annotations [deprecated]

SYNOPSIS
bool PDF_set_border_color (resource $p, float $red, float $green, float $blue)
DESCRIPTION
Sets the border color for all kinds of annotations. Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure. This function is deprecated since PDFlib version 6, use the option $annotcolor in PDF_create_annotation(3) instead. PHP Documentation Group PDF_SET_BORDER_COLOR(3)
