mb_list_encodings - Returns an array of all supported encodings

SYNOPSIS
       array mb_list_encodings (void  )

DESCRIPTION
	Returns an array containing all supported encodings.

PARAMETERS
       This function has no parameters.

RETURN VALUES
	Returns a numerically indexed array.

ERRORS
/EXCEPTIONS
	This function does not emit any errors.
