maxdb_report - Enables or disables internal report functions

SYNOPSIS
bool maxdb_report (int $flags)
DESCRIPTION
PARAMETERS
o $flags - One of the MAXDB_REPORT_XXX constants.
RETURN VALUES
Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.
