ifx_copy_blob - Duplicates the given blob object

SYNOPSIS
       int ifx_copy_blob (int  $bid)

DESCRIPTION
	Duplicates the given blob object.

PARAMETERS
	      o $bid
		- A BLOB identifier.

RETURN VALUES
	Returns the new blob object-id, or FALSE on errors.
