hw_ErrorMsg - Returns error message

SYNOPSIS
       string hw_errormsg (int	$connection)

DESCRIPTION
	Returns a string containing the last error message related to the last command.

PARAMETERS
	      o $connection
		- The connection identifier.

RETURN VALUES
	Returns a string containing the last error message or 'No Error'. If FALSE is returned, this function failed.
