hw_Close - Closes the Hyperwave connection

SYNOPSIS
       bool hw_close (int  $connection)

DESCRIPTION
	Closes down the connection to a Hyperwave server.

PARAMETERS
	      o $connection
		- The connection identifier.

RETURN VALUES
	Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.
