fbsql_field_seek - Set result pointer to a specified field offset

SYNOPSIS
       bool fbsql_field_seek (resource	$result, [int  $field_offset])

DESCRIPTION
	Seeks  to  the specified field offset. If the next call to fbsql_fetch_field(3) doesn't include a field offset, the field offset specified
       in fbsql_field_seek(3) will be returned.

PARAMETERS
	      o $
		result -A result identifier returned by fbsql_query(3) or fbsql_db_query(3).

	      o $field_offset
		- The numerical offset of the field. The field index starts at 0.

RETURN VALUES
	Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.
