NAME
shuf - generate random permutations SYNOPSIS
shuf [OPTION]... [FILE] shuf -e [OPTION]... [ARG]... shuf -i LO-HI [OPTION]... DESCRIPTION
Write a random permutation of the input lines to standard output. Mandatory arguments to long options are mandatory for short options too. -e, --echo treat each ARG as an input line -i, --input-range=LO-HI treat each number LO through HI as an input line -n, --head-lines=LINES output at most LINES lines -o, --output=FILE write result to FILE instead of standard output --random-source=FILE get random bytes from FILE (default /dev/urandom) -z, --zero-terminated end lines with 0 byte, not newline --help display this help and exit --version output version information and exit With no FILE, or when FILE is -, read standard input. sha1sum - compute and check SHA1 message digest SYNOPSIS
sha1sum [OPTION] [FILE]... DESCRIPTION
Print or check SHA1 (160-bit) checksums. With no FILE, or when FILE is -, read standard input. -b, --binary read in binary mode -c, --check read SHA1 sums from the FILEs and check them -t, --text read in text mode (default) The following two options are useful only when verifying checksums: --status don't output anything, status code shows success -w, --warn warn about improperly formatted checksum lines --help display this help and exit --version output version information and exit The sums are computed as described in FIPS-180-1. When checking, the input should be a former output of this program. The default mode is to print a line with checksum, a character indicating type (`*' for binary, ` ' for text), and name for each FILE. AUTHOR
